The buses on Skiathos are the most economical and reliable way to get around Skiathos. They have recently been upgraded and the fleet has increased in number which gives both tourists and locals a convenient way of travelling around the island. There are four bus routes in Skiathos, 1. Airport - Port - Koukonaries runs along the south coast of the island stopping at 26 bus stops. Most stops have an accompanying beach for you to visit. 2. Skiathos Port - Kalyvia - Evangelist
